A champagne saber, is a specialized tool used for opening a bottle of sparkling wine in a dramatic and celebratory manner. The technique is called "sabrage." The saber has a long, flat blade, intentionally crafted to hit the lip of the bottle at a precise angle, causing the glass to break cleanly along the seam and allowing the cork to pop out with the force of the built-up pressure in the bottle.

We've partnered with Made In to create the Barcelona Saber. Made In produces a variety of kitchen essentials, including pots, pans, knives, and other cooking tools. Made In is known for its commitment to quality and craftsmanship, often using premium materials in their products. Their cookware is designed to meet the needs of both professional chefs and home cooks, emphasizing durability, performance, and precision in the kitchen.
